Deputy CEO

As Deputy CEO, you will play a central role in shaping EJF’s strategic direction and operational excellence, working in close partnership with the CEO and senior leadership team to scale our impact, strengthen our global presence, generate new income and ensure the organisation continues to deliver courageous, evidence-led change.

Senior Press Officer

This is a varied and fast-paced role for an outstanding Senior Press Officer. The successful applicant will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a proven track record of impactful journalism and/or securing high-level media coverage as part of a press office. We are looking for someone with a passion for our work and the drive, experience and skills to build our audiences, raise the profile of our campaigns and get our perspectives in front of key decision-makers. This role would suit someone who would look forward every day to placing impactful stories which drive real-world progress for a more sustainable planet.

Policy and Engagement Officer, Germany

You will provide essential campaign support to the Germany Chief Representative and work closely with the remaining German and wider EU team, by providing support in the establishment and strengthening of political relationships, strengthening EJF’s visibility, and in planning and conducting campaign actions, including events and engagement activities on EJF priority policy objectives.

Deputy COO

As Deputy Chief Operating Officer, you will report directly to the COO and support the smooth, efficient, and ethical running of EJF’s international operations across 16 countries on four continents. You will work at the heart of the organisation, supporting critical priorities such as donor relations, recruitment and retention, financial controls and development, safeguarding, risk and security, cybersecurity, and ensuring the efficient operation of offices around the world.

Operations Officer

As Operations Officer, you will play a hands-on role in keeping EJF's international operations running smoothly across 16 countries on four continents, with a particular focus on our five European offices. Your remit will be broad. From ensuring offices function efficiently and IT systems operate safely, to providing HR support to line managers and coordinating across teams in multiple time zones, no two days will look the same. Over time, you will develop a working knowledge of the full operational landscape of an international NGO, building skills and experience across functions that few comparable roles can offer.
