The New York Times green blog has reported on the flight from Sierra Leone of pirate vessels documented from EJF. The story, entitled "Illegal Fishermen 4, Enforcement 0", quotes EJF Executive Director Steve Trent as calling for global cooperation “to identify and expose pirate fishing operations globally and act swiftly in a coordinated manner against them.”
